We know that’s a big claim to make, but to back that we have some of the finest minds in the field of radiation cured products around.
Our team consists of a unique group of highly qualified and (most importantly) relevantly experienced chemists, chemical engineers and product designers / engineers who understand what is needed, some have been involved in radiation cured products (UV and electron beam cured inks and resins) and applications for over 30 years. Not only do our team understand the chemistry, the mechanical / electronic design required to design / optimise / produce a printer, but also understand the end use product applications ranging from a humble printed bracket through to cutting edge developments and applications in medicine, aerospace and defence.

Our team help provide you with the skills and combined experience that many printer manufacturers and resin producers find difficult to find. We work on a consultancy basis, normally under a mutual Non Disclosure Agreement and as such are highly protective of our customers developments -
Our Standard resin products are designed to be better than most printer manufacturers own stock resins (the ones that are equal to or better than our own standard resins, are often the white label products that we have been involved in the development of, for a resin manufacturing customer and/ or printer manufacturer and are only available direct from that manufacturer)
Our Specialist resin products are exactly what it says, they are very specialised products for a particular task, again very much cutting edge technology.
Our Standard and Specialist products may be further optimised for a particular printer or product design, using our range of additives and advanced chemistry, technical advice is easily available from us for the use of these. These resins / processes are often designed to meet relevant Bio Medical standards (such as class I, IIa, IIb and III). We are able to help you through the complete process from concept to final certification.
Many of our resins are available in a vast range of colours, often we can create a colour that matches exactly to the one you want.
